The hotel was very authentic Austrian Tirol style, which

really gave a wonderful sense of place. The location was excellent, right by the cable car up to the mountains. However, the evening menu lacked inspiration, which was a disappointment. Overall, it was still a relaxing stay with comfortable accommodations.

The breakfasts were a highlight, freshly squeezed orange juice, and the omelettes made to order, I felt like a king. And don't even get me started on the staff, they were attentive and friendly, making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable, especially during dinner when we'd feast on local specialties.

I previously stayed in kitzbuhel, but the experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The superior double room was spacious, had a lovely mountain view, and was impeccably clean. Breakfast was a delight with a wide range of options, including fresh eggs cooked to order.

The noise from downstairs can be an unwelcome distraction at night, especially if you’re in a room near main stairways. The formal dining setup for dinner feels a little stiff, limiting the casual atmosphere some might prefer after a long day outside. Also, the limited menu tweaks could leave food lovers wanting more diverse options, particularly during an extended stay.
